The Role
Due to continued business growth, we are expanding the finance team. The
Accounts Assistant will work closely with the Group Finance Manager (GFM) and Group Financial Accountant (GFA).


The key responsibilities for role will include:

  • Accurate preparation and maintenance of financial records
  • Assisting with monthly reconciliations and payment runs
  • Management of the monthly time sheets received (on Evertime / Fieldglass) and updating the financial spreadsheets with this information
  • Intercompany and credit card reconciliations
  • Streamlining and automating processes to create capacity as the business grows
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders
  • Using technology solutions to present large data sets in a simple and easy to use manner
  • Liaising with consultants, and maintaining their records, assist them in cost calculation
  • Completion of adhoc projects given by the Group Finance Manager and Group Financial Accountant

What one needs to succeed:


  • Semi Qualified ACCA/CIMA or equivalent (preferable)

1-2 years of experience:


  • Strong attention to detail and a continuous improvement mindset
  • Systems and IT focused with
    advanced Microsoft Excel skills:
  • Good communicator and strong team player
  • Experience in a manual and high transactional consulting business
  • Strong English language skills
