CNC Lathe Machine Operator
Salary as per company norms

Qualification - ITI

Location - Chandivali, Sakinaka.

Time - 8 am to 8 pm

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Set up and manage CNC machines to perform jobs as per given specification.
  • Prepare and load raw materials and parts onto the machine.
  • Perform visual inspection of job and check dimensional accuracy as per given drawing.
  • Sets up and operates machine on trial run to verify accuracy of machine settings or program.
  • Align and secure holding fixtures, cutting tool, attachments, accessories on Machine.
  • Skill in operating CNC machinery and tooling as well as precision measuring instruments.
  • Observe machine operation to detect malfunctions and change tooling when worn, damage.
  • Setting tolerance levels and cutting speeds as per requirement of job.
  • Adhere to quality assurance procedure and processes.
  • Must perform all tasks in a safe and efficient manner adhering to strict Safety Guidelines.
  • Ensure the CNC machine operates in accordance with the guidelines of the company.
  • Maintains cleanliness of work area and equipment used.
  • Performs routine maintenance tasks on machines as required.
  • Confers with engineers, production personal, programmers, or others to resolve machine
