What we're looking for:


You need to collaborate with the regional and local Real Estate team to implement approved real estate strategies and business group initiatives which affect business group occupancy.

You need to manage and guide all aspects of the delivery of workspace and productive environments.

Develop project work plan and deliverables, create presentations which effectively communicate the project objectives. Track progress of assigned projects against goals, objectives, timelines and budgets; generate reports documenting status as required. Prepare assigned account and business group reports per pre-determined frequencies;
schedule and facilitate meetings as needed. Develop a familiarity with the enterprise, key contacts and an expertise with the internal processes of assigned business group(s). Solution and create stack plans to effectively implement the migration and ad-hoc planning. Mitigate disruption and optimize on delivery of emergent space requirements. Manage communication strategies for all stakeholders within aligned business groups, especially with the space representatives and relationship managers. \\


Position Overview:

Sound knowledge of space data management tools such as Archibus and Compass tool

Analyzing and reporting occupancy data using database tools such as Tableau and excel

Preparing Tableau dashboards such as Occupancy dashboards, Real Estate planning

dashboards on occupancy, attendance, log in information etc.

Upload new floor layouts, do correction in floor layouts using Auto CAD tool and upload

same in the Archibus

Review employee information in Archibus regularly and do the correction wherever

required

Updating new hires and exit employees in to Archibus tool as on required (More than 200

new hires and exits quarterly)

Responsible for employee relocation program w.r.t arranging temporary accommodation

and relocation arrangements (On an Avg 10 relocation requests monthly)

Apart from space planning, manage house-keeping service whenever need arises

To provide administrative support to the Facilities Team

Manage soft services 384 K sq. ft. of office area

Manage a team of 50+ team of house-keeping staffs and pantry boys

Maintaining 1,50, 000 sq. ft. carpet area and periodically cleaning

To ensure timely and accurate completion of FM reports

Manage Breakfast, Lunch and Dinner operation for more 1,000 employees.

Manage pantry operation across all the floors of Dynasty and EGL offices

Coordinate for all soft services activities like HK services, Cafeteria Services, Dry and Wet

pantry, Event Management, Mail Room Services, Indoor Plants, Pest Control, Carpet

Shampooing and coordination with the builders

Conducting KPI for all vendor every month
