Description
SentientGeeks is looking for Recruiter to join our HR department and help us grow our IT teams.

Ultimately, you will build a strong tech talent pipeline and help hire and retain skilled employees for our IT positions.


Applicants must be from West Bengal

Applicants must have at least 2month of recruitment internship experience

Responsibilities

  • Arranging telephone, Video, or inperson interviews.
  • Coordinate with IT Team Leaders to forecast department goals and hiring needs.
  • Good understanding of souring skills; search strings/ boolean search on job portals
  • Effective convincing / negotiation skills.
  • Should be well acquainted with social media like LinkedIn.
  • Having prior work experience in consultancy will be preferred.

It is a paid Internship, permanent job will be offered based on the performance
