  • Must have good Communication skills.
  • To Convince customers to avail of the service.
  • To convert a potential customers into sales.
  • Handling customer queries.
  • Must have handled real estate sales.
  • Must be familiar with the process for sales in real estate/Construction.
  • Must have networking with real estate agents, consultants, Land developers, bank institutions.
  • Must generate lead for the prospective service.
  • Good Understanding and knowledge of Construction materials and Construction activity, Architect Design,Vastu, Estimation etc.

Day to day activities:

  • Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
  • Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
  • Set individual sales targets with sales team.
  • Work on sales scripts with agents.
  • Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
  • Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
  • Plan and direct sales team training.
  • Control expenses and monitor budgets.
  • Follow up with existing customers.
  • Working, Planning, Lead generation process, Marketing activities.
  • Need to come out with strategy for developing business.
  • After fifteen days of training need to make a presentation on your understanding about company/work & your approach to develop business with targets in your territory.
  • Maintain sales panel review discuss follow up & update.
  • Need to be presentable while meeting clients well groomed.
  • Understand market, competitors etc. all information related to sales/mar

Salary:
₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
