- Must have good Communication skills.
- To Convince customers to avail of the service.
- To convert a potential customers into sales.
- Handling customer queries.
- Must have handled real estate sales.
- Must be familiar with the process for sales in real estate/Construction.
- Must have networking with real estate agents, consultants, Land developers, bank institutions.
- Must generate lead for the prospective service.
- Good Understanding and knowledge of Construction materials and Construction activity, Architect Design,Vastu, Estimation etc.
Day to day activities:
- Manage a sales team and provide leadership, training and coaching.
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Set individual sales targets with sales team.
- Work on sales scripts with agents.
- Track, collate and interpret sales figures and reporting.
- Ensure members of the sales team have the necessary resources to perform properly.
- Plan and direct sales team training.
- Control expenses and monitor budgets.
- Follow up with existing customers.
- Working, Planning, Lead generation process, Marketing activities.
- Need to come out with strategy for developing business.
- After fifteen days of training need to make a presentation on your understanding about company/work & your approach to develop business with targets in your territory.
- Maintain sales panel review discuss follow up & update.
- Need to be presentable while meeting clients well groomed.
- Understand market, competitors etc. all information related to sales/mar
Salary:
₹400, ₹450,000.00 per year
