Roles and Responsibilities:


  • Responsible for executing projects involving macro / micro space design, planning and execution.
  • Creates store / planogram specific visual space plans that illustrate layout and flow of
merchandising / product categories by leveraging data and business context.

  • Maintain global partnership for seamless exchange of knowledge and context.


  • Knowledge Management

  • Acquire, document and retain category/business context and execution
guidelines.

  • Work in a team environment with focus on achieving team goals vs individual goals
2 to 4 years of retail experience- Primary Skills

  • Understanding of Retail Industry (local or global)
  • Strong communication skills ability to comprehend, articulate and seamlessly communicate locally
and globally

  • Problem Solving ability to leverage data, information and visuals to solve business and execution
challenges. Identify ways of improving process

  • JDA
  • Space Planning
  • Understanding of Project Management practices
