    Description

    At BridgeUp, we're in search of a talented UI/UX Designer who thrives in a fast-paced environment and has a knack for both strategic thinking and detailed execution. The ideal candidate will be pivotal in designing engaging and effective UI/UX for our digital assets, ensuring both functionality and aesthetic excellence.

    Location Requirements:

    The candidate must be available to work from our Mumbai office at Nariman Point.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Lead the design of pitch decks, information architecture, prototypes, and product designs, ensuring they align with business objectives and user needs.
    • Conceptualize and implement UI/UX design strategies that enhance user engagement and satisfaction across web and mobile platforms.
    • Produce high-quality design solutions through wireframes, visual/graphic designs, flow diagrams, storyboards, site maps, and prototypes.
    • Design and test UI elements such as navigation menus, search boxes, tabs, widgets, page layouts, and other interactive components.
    • Collaborate closely with the product and development teams to validate designs and ensure accurate implementation, adapting to unstructured requirements with agility.
    • Maintain and evolve visual and typographic standards to ensure consistency across all digital assets.

    Requirements:

    • Bachelor's degree in Design, Computer Science, or a related field.
    • An extensive portfolio demonstrating expertise in creating engaging UI/UX designs.
    • In-depth knowledge of Figma, including design systems and prototyping.
    • Strong communication skills, with the ability to articulate design concepts and
    • rationales to stakeholders and team members.
    • Excellent attention to detail, with a capability to work efficiently in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
    • Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
