Description
Manage all incoming calls and OrdersTaking care of last mile delivery.
Enhancing customer experience by managing payment and delivery of customer orders.
Handling customer concerns and complaints in a timely manner.
Establishing a positive rapport with all customer and upsell products
Making order reports and database management
No outbound calls.
No sales targets.
Salary:
₹12, ₹20,000.00 per month

Education:
- Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)
Experience:
