    Job Summary

    Process Associate will be responsible for ongoing process training and procedure updates for assigned Representative. The incumbent shall need to resolve 1st level process questions, participate in quality audits and also conduct regular knowledge checks. The SME will also be responsible for workload allocation and shall serve as a back up for Team Lead. One of the primary responsibility shall be to impart business process trainings and updates to the team.

    Competencies:

    • Ability to use the domain knowledge to improve/enhance the work output of the Production process
    • Ability to adopt the emerging technology to support management's focus on operational efficiency and cost
    • Ability to guide teams on the nature of the domain and provide domain insights related to the day to day work of the Production process
    • Awareness of Performance Management Tools, PMO and Quality tools
    • Ability to provide inputs on Application enhancement and adherence to FAI standards
    • Ability to Evaluate tools, application and processes and suggest best option for use at FAI
    • Detailed knowledge of the End-to-End Process, thereby the ability to recommend changes to the process/controls resulting in improved efficiency
    • Effective Implementation of the Process Improvement Ideas in coordination with the relevant stakeholders
    • Ability to create process artefacts and procedures / SOPs to ensure easy and ready reference
    • Maintain compliance to the Quality metrics
    • Ability to understand the linkages and sequence of activities / Tasks / timelines of the transition plan
    • Ability to quickly unlearn / learn various tools, processes and controls to deliver effectively
    • Ability to put right metrics and inferences for day to day operations Management
    • Ability to analyze patterns and trends in the process / Operations thereby bringing in efficiency

    Technical Skills:

    • Excel Knowledge (Pivot Tables/Sorting/What if analysis/subtotaling/grouping etc) VBA macros
    • Knowledge of Quality Tools

    Educational Qualification and Experience:

    Minimum of 15 years of formal education – Graduate (Commerce/Art/Business Administration)

    Professional work experience of 1 to 2 years.
