RESPONSIBILITIES:

Improving lead management processes, TATs and device policies for enabling maximum lead conversion

Understanding the various projects to be able to provide clear explanations to the clients and team members
Monitoring quality of various activities/processes followed at the inhouse as well as the outsourced centers
Liaising with the outsourced service provider in all forms as desired by the business unit
Generating higher walkins from all types of leads
Crossusing leads for various projects
Setting up processes and systems to effectively originate and service the leads
Handling escalated customer queries, concerns, suggestions, feedback, etc. and managing their expectations
Preparing dashboards, updating all necessary systems, trackers and customer history details for seamless management at all times
Offering the best possible customer delight at all times by way of exhibiting best qualities like listening, acknowledgement, empathy, helpfulness and customer centricity.
Carrying ownership for every customer query.
Recommending potential products or services to management by collecting customer info
