Customer Care Representative - International Voice Process
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls for our international clientele.
- Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
- Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service quality targets.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.
Qualifications:
- Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in any field.
- Excellent command of English is mandatory.
- Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
- Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
- Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.
