Position:
Customer Care Representative - International Voice Process


Key Responsibilities:


  • Provide exceptional customer support through phone calls for our international clientele.
  • Address inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive customer experience.
  • Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed service quality targets.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and transactions.

Qualifications:


  • Minimum educational qualification: Diploma or Degree in any field.
  • Excellent command of English is mandatory.
  • Strong communication skills and a customercentric approach.
  • Ability to adapt to a fastpaced and dynamic work environment.
  • Previous customer service experience is a plus, but not required.

Job Types:
Full-time, Permanent


Salary:
₹20, ₹25,000.00 per month
