Description
1) Listen to recorded customer calls to assess the quality of interactions.2)Evaluate calls based on predetermined criteria, including accuracy, professionalism, empathy, resolution, and compliance with company policies.
3)Identify areas of improvement and provide clear and actionable feedback.
4)Collaborate with team leads and managers to develop targeted coaching plans for individual representatives to enhance their communication and problem-solving skills.
5)Maintain accurate and organized documentation of call evaluations, feedback, and improvement plans.
6)Generate regular reports highlighting trends, areas of concern, and improvement recommendations to senior management
