    Description

    The position

    • As an expert on Business Intelligence Technologies at Novo Nordisk, you will be responsible for:
      • Architecting the data and managing day-to-day processes and strategic direction for IO Engage APAC/SEEMEA Data and Analytics
      • Serving as the subject matter expert on Business Intelligence technologies like Power BI and Qlik Sense
      • Developing and supporting applications and solutions for APAC/SEEMEA affiliates
      • Anchoring as functional lead for the Power BI IO Engage deliverables
      • Architecting data lake models to ensure data quality
      • Constructing dynamic dashboards displaying key business metrics using Power BI, DAX, and SQL
      • Enhancing Power BI reports for different business requirements
      • Working on migration of Qlik Sense / Tableau reports to Power BI

    Qualifications To excel in this role, you should have the following qualifications:

    • Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science, information technology, engineering, mathematics, or related field
    • 5+ years of experience in IT with at least 3 years of ETL and visualization expertise in Power BI
    • Strong analytical and data handling skills, including proficiency in Power BI with DAX queries
    • Experience in Power Automate and Power App is a plus
    • Skills in data transformations, building data models, and visualizations
    • Strong BI and visualization skills in Power BI
    • Knowledge of business intelligence tools like Qlik Sense or Tableau
    • Excellent technical writing and analytical thinking skills
    • Proficiency in stakeholder management for identifying and automating solutions
    • Knowledge of Agile methodology
    • Good communication and presentation skills
