    Job Title: Business Analyst

    Job Summary: The Business Analyst will work together with different departments and stakeholders to gather, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows. They will then translate these requirements into functional specifications for technology teams, collaborating closely with project managers, developers, and testers to guarantee successful project delivery. Besides, the Business Analyst will be engaged in pinpointing areas for process enhancement and suggesting solutions to boost operational efficiency and effectiveness.

    Responsibilities:

    1. Requirement Elicitation and Analysis:

    • Collaborate with business stakeholders to comprehend their needs, objectives, and obstacles.
    • Elicit, document, and analyze business requirements, processes, and workflows.
    • Convert business requirements into precise functional specifications for technical teams.

    2. Solution Design:

    • Work with technology teams to devise solutions that meet business requirements.
    • Put forward innovative and feasible solutions to tackle business challenges.
    • Ensure that proposed solutions are in line with the organization's strategic goals and technological capabilities.

    3. Stakeholder Communication:

    • Act as a connection between business stakeholders and technology teams.
    • Explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
    • Share findings, recommendations, and project updates with diverse audiences.

    4. Documentation:

    • Create in-depth documentation covering business requirements, process flows, use cases, and user stories.
    • Maintain precise and current project documentation during the project lifecycle.

    5. Project Management:

    • Work with project managers to define project scope, objectives, and deliverables.
    • Participate in project planning, estimation, and resource allocation.
    • Track project advancement and identify potential risks or deviations from the plan.

    6. Quality Assurance:

    • Engage in system testing, user acceptance testing, and validation of implemented solutions.
    • Ensure that delivered solutions meet the specified requirements and uphold high quality standards.

    7. Process Improvement:

    • Pinpoint areas for process streamlining and efficiency enhancement.
    • Suggest process improvements and contribute to their implementation.

    Qualifications:

    • Holder of a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, or a related field (Master's degree is a bonus).
    • Demonstrated experience as a Business Analyst or in a similar role.
    • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking abilities.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
    • Proficient in requirement gathering techniques, process modeling, and documentation.
    • Knowledgeable about project management methodologies and software development lifecycle.
    • Capable of effective collaboration with cross-functional teams.
    • Familiarity with relevant tools like Microsoft Visio, JIRA, Confluence, etc.
    • Possession of certification in Business Analysis (e.g., CBAP, CCBA) is advantageous.
