- **Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

Role Overview:

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Junior Accountant to join our finance team. The Junior Accountant will play a key role in supporting financial operations and maintaining accurate financial records.

This position is ideal for a recent graduate or an individual with a strong interest in accounting, seeking to develop their skills in a dynamic work environment.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, and budgets.
  • Perform daily bookkeeping tasks, including data entry and transaction recording.
  • Reconcile bank statements, accounts payable, and accounts receivable.
  • Help process invoices, receipts, payments, and other financial transactions.
  • Assist in the monthend and yearend closing processes.
  • Maintain organized and uptodate financial records and files.
  • Support in preparing documentation for audits and regulatory compliance.
  • Collaborate with the finance team to ensure accurate financial data.
  • Provide assistance in adhoc financial projects and tasks.

Qualifications and Skills:


  • Basic understanding of accounting principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in MS Excel and other accounting software.
  • Strong analytical and problemsolving skills.
  • Detailoriented with a high level of accuracy in data entry.
  • Effective communication and teamwork abilities.
  • Ability to manage time efficiently and prioritize tasks.
  • Knowledge of accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Tally) is a plus.
  • Eagerness to learn and grow within the accounting field.
