The main purpose of the role is to Provide support for EHS functions corporately by managing the files related to environmental health and safety.

Ability to adopt and use different data bases and systems to record and retrieve data and ensure that requested information being shared, this would need proactively working with different departments and coordination of different functions.


Job Description:


  • Manage all environmental health and safety scorecard files. Build files, collect data, enter data, verify data, analyze data.
  • Collaborate with Workday LMS to enter and update training materials and create courses.
  • Use Reliance tool for document creation, update and extract data of work place safety. Be an expert and point of contact for all reliance related documents.
  • Use VelocityEHS tool for data review, update and extract data of work place safety. Be an expert and point of contact for incident workflow and user permissions.
  • Use share point to record and retrieve data and be responsible for creating ad hoc documents using that.
  • Accountable RFP (Request for Proposals) data management build and maintain database of answers. Assist with RFP responses.
  • Create purchase orders, pay invoices, new vendor input using Maximo tool.
  • Manage purchase records and eligibility for purchase of safety gear. (Shoes & glasses). Use our administrative tools, user interface to maintain our internal webpage. Creating links to content, simple page formatting.
  • Manage new contractor approvals in Aravo web portal, communicate externally to contractors as new information is needed.
Skills & Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in any field with a minimum of 2 to 4 years of experience managing and coordinating administrative tasks.
  • Quick learning ability and to work independently.
  • Good interpersonal and organizational skills.
  • MS Excel Advanced skill level.
  • MS Share point Expert
  • Smart Sheets experience is a plus.
  • Analytical mindset & attention to details.
  • Strong Communication & Interpersonal skills.
  • Must be willing to work in a US shift.
