We are seeking dedicated Government Survey Workers to join our team and contribute to the successful collection of vital data through household surveys.

As a Government Survey Worker, your primary responsibility will involve visiting assigned households within your designated area to collect accurate survey data.

Your role will be crucial in helping us gather essential information for analysis and decision-making processes.

Responsibilities:

Conduct doortodoor visits to households according to a predefined schedule.
Introduce yourself, explain the purpose of the survey, and ensure confidentiality and anonymity of collected data.
Administer surveys following provided guidelines and accurately record responses.
Address any questions or concerns from respondents regarding the survey process.
Ensure data quality and completeness during the data collection process.
Maintain accurate records of visited households, completed surveys, and any relevant notes.
Strive to meet and exceed the monthly target of 600 completed surveys within the specified time frame.
Collaborate with team members and supervisors to report progress, challenges, and insights.
Adhere to ethical standards and maintain professionalism during interactions with respondents.
Submit collected data and completed surveys to the designated authority as instructed.
Comply with all safety guidelines and protocols while conducting fieldwork.
