Property captains ensure that all the rooms and public areas are cleaned to the highest standard. Directly manage the Housekeeping and ensures strict compliance with property policies and processes.

Responsibilities

Responsible for operational efficiency, profitability and tenant satisfaction.
To ensure the smooth functioning of the property and dealing with all tenant problems.
Training all staff in proper service and etiquette, dealing with all potential security issues.
Property maintenance and appearances.
Team leader good communication skill.

Skills

Good interpersonal and customer service
Should have outstanding problem solving capacity,
Must be able to deal politely and efficiently with guests/tenants to make sure that they are satisfied with the service.
Good supervisory skills to lead and motivate a team.
Work under pressure particularly when tenants have complaints.

Minimum Qualification:

Bachelors in Hotel in Management( Fresher or prior experience will be an added advantage)

Job Location:
Bangalore, Hyderabad & Pune

Stipend:
INR 16,000-18,000+Incentives + accommodation

CTC: 2.5 to 3 LPA +incentives + accommodation

Note:

Post completion of 3 months of internship based on the performance the interns will be converted into Full-time employees.

₹16, ₹20,000.00 per month
