Semillas Fitó is looking for an Accounting Asssitant located in Bangalore.REGULAR TASKS AND/OR RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Assist in maintenance of the Receivables for the Company
- Record and manage the Revenue processes
- Monitor collections and Aging analysis for Dealers
- Monitor product margins and provide quotations for special pricing including Export orders
- Official point of contact for dealers in their area.
- Responsible to communicate any official announcement made from company (Sales policy, price list, account statements etc.), to the dealers.
- Responsible for inventory management at dealer/retailer points.
- Other support tasks as required by the Organization
OTHER SKILLS:
- Organization skill
- MS office at user level
- Internal Fitó customized Customer Relationship management software, Tally.
Requirements:
OFFICIAL EDUCATION:
- Level Of Studies: Degree/Masters
- Specialization: Agriculture
EXPERIENCE:
3 to 5 years
