We have an exciting opportunity for you as Management Assistant to Director/s at NNE India.

You'll be centrally anchored in the Strategy & Communications team headed by the Manager for Strategy & Communications-NNE India.

Your daily work primarily will be to act as partner for one/more of the Directors of our business units like Process & Facility Design, Automation & IT & Project Execution.


How you might spend your days
As a management support executive, you will work closely with Director/s for NNE India.

Your key responsibilities will be to:

  • Support various departments like Communications, HR, IT & systems.
  • Support with recruitment & onboarding process & meeting activities.
  • Reporting & Preparation of PPTs for strategic tracks.
  • Facilitate department meetings and actively track progress on actions
  • Preparing strategy material, meeting material, and providing input to content for town hall meetings and the like.
  • Support IT activities with Access, word, Excel, MS teams etc.
  • Manage internal communication and social media presence for NNE India in close collaboration with communication team in Denmark
  • Arrange team events, department activities and other miscellaneous activities

The miles you've walked

  • A relevant academic education (e.g., a bachelor's or master's degree in business administration, Analytics, engineering, finance, economics, or the like).
  • Minimum 34 years of experience from a similar position like management consultant, strategy and/or business support to senior management
  • Proficiency working with the Microsoft Office package incl. SharePoint, PowerPoint, Excel, and Word
  • Good communication skills
  • Exposure to business reports and working knowledge of business finance.
  • Experience working for a multinational company.
