Marketing Coordinator - India


This marketing position will be focusing on supporting the marketing needs of the India market and keep a direct communication with US marketing team providing information about all activities in India.

As a marketing specialist this position is an extension of the US marketing team in India, the main responsibilities are:

  • Act as a brand guardian
  • Support the recruiting team
  • Responsible for Communication: internal and external for the India market
  • Adapt some creative assets working directly with the design team
  • Support on local activities related to social responsibility


We are looking for a marketing coordinator to oversee the marketing activities that will be implemented in India; coordinate and follow up on local, regional, and global projects.

Oversee the needs of the India market and act as an extension of the marketing department locally, keeping a close communication between India and NA activities.


Brand Guardian


Act as a Brand Guardian, build brand awareness and generate brand visibility, help create Stefanini's brand image: a uniform, credible and consistent brand.

Coordinate the implementation of the Brand Guideline on any external and internal material, reinforcing Stefanini brand image and positioning locally.


  • Help make the Stefanini brand known
  • Communicate the brand values and build the brand perception
  • Make Stefanini an aspirational place to work
  • Demonstrate that Stefanini has a strong digital talent hub with highly skilled professionals

Recruiting Support
Provide corporate and solutions information for our recruite team.

  • Explain Stefanini Brand Position and differentiator
  • Corporate culture, work environment and benefits: employees voice, Stefanini entrepreneur mindset, we act to impact, we work with a purpose, we aim employees to constantly obtain more knowledge and upskilling
  • Give constant mkt support to recruiters to sell Stefanini as the best place to work
  • Space 8 work with SMEs to create new materials about our innovation ecosystem and the jobs of the future
  • Inform about mkt campaigns and new mkt assets corporate, branding and solutions

Communication
Work on give digital visibility to Stefanini content, internally and externally.


We are constantly creating several material materials to communicate Stefanini brand values, why it's the best place to work, and formed by digital talents working on the leading-edge projects.

External Communication

  • Advertising Campaigns work with the Regional creative team to produce and implement the global Workforce campaign adapted to the local market;
  • Media Plan work with Reginal Paid Media Specialist to create efficient media plans considering local relevant event: digital and traditional medias;
  • Organic Social Media work with the Social Media Specialist to create the weekly digital agenda with local, regional and global posts; Supervise social media outreach (LinkedIn, YouTube, Twitter, Facebook and Instagram).
  • Supervise social media outreach
  • Employee Advocacy Campaign incentive employees to engage on main activities / projects: employee newsletter, internal events, work on employee videos, etc.;
  • Innovation, Join Space 8
  • Digital Talents work on content with the presales and delivery teams for the website
  • Website support on the content creation and updates for the India website pages
  • PR & Awards & Surveys support the regional team with local content
  • Events: support the communication and branding for internal events, college partnership and job fairs
Internal Communication

  • Extend the "Stefanini Entrepreneur Mindset" and "We are Stefanini" in the local workplace
  • Implement the "Stefanini tone of voice" within the India work environment
  • Work on Endomarketing Campaigns extend and reassure the proper local communication of the internal campaigns, following the regional guidelines.
  • Engaging employees to participate on internal projects: "We are Stefanini" Campaign, advertising Campaigns, film employees videos, and knowledge videos

Knowledge Support:
support the creating of content for projects like: Stefanini University, Empower by Knowledge, Internship Program and others

  • Support on the implementation of activities under the the "Stefanini Institute" positioning
  • Bring ideas to support the local communities and work on communication and social visibility for the new projects

Position - Full Time


Location - India - Noida office


Work Hours - 12 PM IST to 8 PM IST


Requirement - 3+ year experience & bachelor's degree


Reporting - Global Marketing VP
