    RolesandResponsibilities:

    • Identifyand cultivate new business opportunities by actively prospectingand qualifying potential clients from the assigned lead quota witha focus on driving revenuegrowth.
    • Conductthorough market research to understand customer needs industrytrends and competitive dynamics enabling effective positioning anddifferentiation of our softwaresolutions.
    • Deliverpersuasive sales presentations and product demonstrationseffectively showcasing the features benefits and value propositionof our softwaresolutions.
    • Collaborateclosely with the sales team and crossfunctional departments todevelop customized proposals and solutions tailored to meet clientsspecificrequirements.
    • Maintainaccurate records of sales activities customer interactions andpipeline management using CRM (Customer Relationship Management)software.
    • Negotiateand close sales deals while adhering to pricing guidelines andachieving set sales targets ensuring consistent contribution tomonthly quarterly and annual revenuegoals.
    • Fosterenduring relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction andfoster loyalty maximizing customerretention.
    • Stayupdated on industry trends product advancements and competitorofferings enabling effective communication of the value propositionof our softwaresolutions.
    • Activelyparticipate in sales meetings conferences and training sessions torefine sales skills and stay informed about markettrends.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelors/Masters degree from a reputable college/universitypreferred.
    • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills facilitating effectiveengagement and relationshipbuilding with diversestakeholders.
    • Strongproblemsolving abilities and negotiation skills to address customerneeds andobjections.
    • Selfmotivatedtargetdriven and adaptable to thrive in a dynamic salesenvironment.
    • Enthusiasmfor technology and eagerness to delve into software solutions andtheirapplications.
    • Abilityto work autonomously as well as collaboratively within a teamsetting.
    • Familiaritywith CRM software and proficiency in MS Office or equivalentproductivitytools.
    • Priorexposure to sales or customer service roles (internships parttimepositions or extracurricular activities) advantageous but notmandatory.
