• Handling daytoday accounting
• Preparing invoices and following up for pending payments
• Finalizing accounts, assisting in audits, maintaining ledger, maintaining account of fixed assets, and conducting all other accounting activities
• Handling petty cash
• Preparing statutory accounts, PO,PI ,E way bill, Purchase Entry....
• Ensuring payments, amounts and records are correct.
• Working with spreadsheets, sales and purchase ledgers.
• Recording and filing cash transactions.
• Responsible for Credit Card Bank Statements payments, Assist with Payroll team, PT cash analysis, records entries in system, purchase & sell report entry in sales system.
• Ensure operational compliance with policies, procedures and regulations for any necessary entities
• Assist in preparing yearend books for audit.
• Maintaining Direct & Indirect expenses (Direct expenses include carriage inwards, freight inwards, wages, factory lighting, water and fuel, royalty on production, etc., Indirect expenses includes business permits, rent, office expenses, telephone bills, depreciation, audit, and legal fees etc.)

• Degree in finance, accounting, or related field.
• A minimum of 1 years' experience in accounting.
