Requirements:


  • Must have a pleasant personality with good communication and people skills.
  • Must be fluent in English and Malayalam.
  • Experience as a telecaller in any sector is also preferred.

Job description:

  • Maintain database of leads generated, calls made, bookings received etc.
  • Communicate with field staff and technicians regarding service enquiries.
  • Monitor and allot daily booking plan to field service technicians by passing on the service bookings received from customers.
  • Handle an admin role in the office by keeping daily track of office accounts, HR related acitivies etc.

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹15, ₹22,000.00 per month
