Description
Prepare and ensure weekly billings/invoices are issued to customers accurately and on a timely manner.- Prepare and update customer records.
- Work closely with operations and ramp team on billing matters
- Perform closing activities and ensure timely closing
- Assist in follow up with customers to ensure overdue invoices are paid promptly
- Assist in customer queries
- Assist in internal and external audits on billing/AR related matters
- Other adhoc duties as assigned
Requirements:
- Diploma in Accounting & Finance or equivalent;
- Minimum 3 years of Billing experience;
- Understanding of accounting principles;
