  • In this role, New Hire Integration Manager
  • Will be responsible for overseeing and managing the integration process of new hires. This role involves engaging new employees prior to their training, creating engagement plans, conducting activities, and ensuring all prerequisites for training are completed. The NHI Manager will play a vital role in ensuring a smooth transition for new employees, fostering a positive and productive onboarding experience._

  • Responsibilities_

New Hire Engagement:

Develop and implement engagement strategies and plans to connect with new hires from the time they are hired until their training program begins.

Foster a sense of belonging and enthusiasm for the organization and its culture._

  • Training Activities: Coordinate and conduct various pre training activities and pre requisites for process training, such as virtual or in person meet and greet sessions, orientation programs, mandatory trainings etc.
These activities should provide new hires with essential information about the organization, their roles, and the training process._

Training Logistics:

Collaborate with relevant stakeholders, such as HR, IT, and facilities, to ensure all logístical arrangements for training programs are in place.

This includes scheduling training sessions, reserving training rooms or virtual platforms, and providing necessary materials or resources._
- _Training Program Support and Logistics: Collaborate with relevant stakeholder and Speakers to ensure readiness and seamless delivery. Manage training logistics like scheduling sessions, room booking, or virtual platforms invites, any training material and resources to be created in advance. Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new hires._
- _Feedback and Evaluation: Collect feedback from new hires regarding their integration experience, engagement activities, and pre-training processes. Analyze feedback to identify areas for improvement and implement changes to enhance the overall onboarding experience._
- _Documentation and Reporting: Maintain accurate records of new hire integration activities, completion of pre-training requirements, and other relevant information. ate reports and provide updates to key stakeholders on the progress and effectiveness of the new hire integration process._

Continuous Improvement:

Continuously assess and improve the new hire integration process based on feedback, industry best practices, and evolving organizational needs.

Stay updated on trends and innovations in employee onboarding and training to enhance effectiveness and engagement._

  • Qualifications we seek in you_
  • Minimum Qualifications_
- _Bachelor's degree, Relevant experience will be preferred._
- _Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and engage with individuals at all levels of the organization._
- _Excellent organizational and project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and deadlines simultaneously._

  • Preferred Qualifications/ Skills_
- _Knowledge of adult learning principles and instructional design concepts preferred._
