Job Description:
(1) Handling end-end recruitment (Screening, shortlisting, conducting initial telephonic discussion, processing to client).
(2) Requirement Understanding & Identifying their needs.
Understanding all specific technical skills which require.
(3) Hire junior recruiters, guide them, assign the new requirements
Sourcing resumes from various sources job portals, ads and company website job postings.
(5) Handling all the requirements for all the levels.
(6) Negotiating the Salary according to Company Standards.
Should be Familiar with complete life cycle of the recruitment process.
Salary:
₹15, ₹35,000.00 per month
Schedule:
