    What You'll Do

    As our Marketing Project Manager, you will serve as the operational backbone of client and internal marketing initiatives—ensuring projects move from concept to execution seamlessly.

    • Own the end-to-end coordination of marketing campaigns across paid, organic, and growth channels.
    • Translate strategic objectives into actionable project plans, timelines, and deliverables.
    • Partner with strategists, creatives, analysts, and external stakeholders to maintain alignment and velocity.
    • Manage resources, priorities, and deadlines across multiple concurrent initiatives.
    • Track performance milestones and ensure campaigns launch on time and within scope.
    • Identify risks early, solve operational challenges proactively, and keep teams focused on outcomes.
    • Maintain clear documentation, reporting structures, and communication cadences with clients and leadership.
    What We're Looking For

    We're searching for a professional who brings both structure and adaptability to a fast-moving marketing environment.

    • 4+ years of experience in marketing project management, account management, or integrated campaign delivery.
    • Proven ability to manage complex workflows across digital marketing disciplines.
    • Strong familiarity with performance marketing, growth strategy, or agency environments.
    • Exceptional organizational and communication skills—you know how to bring clarity to moving parts.
    • Experience with project management platforms such as Asana, ClickUp, , or similar tools.
    • Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution.
    • Self-directed and comfortable working remotely with distributed teams.
