- Overall responsible for the execution ofR&D Projects product and process compliances related to RiceDivisions of the organization.
- Execute the Research projects in liaise with theorganization goals along with R&D Manager.
- Define various product and process standardsspecification BOM yields shelf life etc. and monitor compliances ofRice Products.
- Lead Bench Mark studies andassure market leadership of products. Lead and Execute ProcessAudit Plans at various units including 3Ps.
- Implement various statutory and regulatory amendments inliaise with QA. Define packaging and labelling requirementsespecially USPs method of preparations NF etc. for NewProducts.
- Execute product surveys and optimizeproduct performances. Assist R&D Head and R&D Manager inexecuting various projects. Review various technologicalinnovations around the globe and keep R&D researchesactive.
- Follow up with various stake holderslike consultants of FSSAI legal meteorology labs statutory bodiesand provide necessary recommendations for systemupgradations.
- Review KPI of R&DAssociates.
- Execute Product Training andReview department expenses and manage budget.
