Description

The Brand Associate is mainly to provide key internal support to relevant client-related activities. You will ensure strategy and creative output promptly; and assist in cost estimation, creative briefing, and campaign management/analysis.

Responsibilities:

Management and handling of key client briefs, projects, and requests, including the refinement of the above
Typical daytoday management of clients and their requests including social media postings, references, presentations, documentation, client activity administration, etc.
Write/proofread major communications materials including executive internal memos, executive speeches, Q&A, sensitive topic statements, pitch docs or press releases
Cultivate highlevel contacts within business and industry relations
Provide Clients counsel in the development of successful customer management strategies
Work with the team to write/assist in writing communication for Social Media channels
Understand industry/market trends and the success factors critical to the organisation's longterm sustainability and competitiveness
Be able to conduct project planning and reporting, and support line managers with campaign planning as well as strategic annual or quarterly plans
Modify proposals based on changing business conditions
Take ownership of the quality of creative
Ensure creative team motivation and working processes
Oversee project briefings (both written & actual briefing) & client approval
Provide creative judgement
Develop working relationships with the team to ensure that once briefed the campaign/project moves forward smoothly
Be the first stop in resolving problems raised by the team and the clients

Requirements:

Minimum 2 years of experience in communications or related fields; industry experience preferred
Bachelor's degree with a major in marketing, communications, advertisement, media, digital, public relations, etc.
Professional writing skills, strong presentation capabilities (proven media relations skills)
An independent worker that works well on a team and can be proactive and a selfstarter
Detailoriented, organised and dedicated; proactive and enthusiastic with an ability to juggle multiple tasks and meet deadlines

Salary:
₹25, ₹40,000.00 per month
