- 4 to 7 years of experience supporting O365 Messaging as system administrator.
- Day to day administration of Exchange Online accounts
- Working with Active Directory
- Supporting Mobile Device Management
- Working with and supporting Microsoft Intune
- Working with E-Discovery and Legal Hold
- Tracking and closing assigned Incidents and/or Service Requests
