Role:
Customer Success Executive
Job description:
- Own the complete customer lifecycle of onboarding, adoption, expansion, and renewal.
- Strive to continually drive faster "time to value" and improve overall customer satisfaction
- Understand customer's objectives and how they translate to outcomes.
- Identify opportunities for upsell and crosssell.
- Bring intelligent product feedback and recommendations from customers back to Product &
- Conduct ongoing operational reviews and suggest process improvements.

Communication Skills, Tech Savvy, Customer Relationship Management,
- Excellent communication skills
- Keen eye for detail
- Ability to efficiently multitask
- Analytical mind and strong quantitative skills
- Open for Smart Freshers as well as for Interns
Experience:
0 to 2 Year
Salary:
₹249, ₹330,000.00 per year
Schedule:

- Fixed shift
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Mumbai, Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
