Responsibilities_

_ _
- _Manage operational activities of payroll and time service delivery._
- _Management of data and payroll processing services to ensure that all employees in the region are paid on time and accurately and that related statutory and governmental duties are met._
- _Drive successful tax reconciliation and year-end payroll processes/ activities._
- _Validation of all payments and deductions and improve accuracy controls._
- _Handle reporting requests to support decision making._
- _Ensure customer queries are attended to and resolved in a timely, responsible, and proactive manner._
- _Oversees process improvements to ensure efficient and accurate data and payroll processing, payroll tax reporting, payroll accounting, and record retention._
- _Oversee all payroll compliance and SOX controls are effective and managed by defined policy and audit plans._
- _Partner with finance to ensure all data is efficiently managed into the finance system._
- _Serve as an escalation point of contact._
- _Interacts, on a regular basis, with payroll and data vendors to work on changes, solutions, and improvements._
- _Contributes to the regular operations review and quarterly business review of client's payroll vendors' performance relative to contractual service level agreements between such vendor and client. Work in collaboration with cross-functional operation, technical and corporate teams to successfully manage large-scale projects such as continuous improvement initiatives, technology updates/upgrades, acquisitions/divestitures, etc._
- _Deep understanding of quality & compliance to North/South America local laws & regulations is necessary requirement._

Qualifications we seek in you_

- _Any Graduate / Postgraduate_
- _Excellent soft skills to deal with the sensitive employee grievances or relations_
- _Excellent verbal, written, presentation and interpersonal skills in English_

Preferred qualifications_

- _PGDBM / Relevant certification in HR will be preferred_
- _Experience in Workday & ServiceNow_
- _Green belt/ Lean Six sigma certified._
- _Relevant experience in NA HRO domain_
