Back Office Executive
Job Profile
- Order processing
Making Invoices and sending by courier.
- Transfer requests & GTN entries
- Provides physical stock availability and confirm to sales team & dealers as per
- Arranging and Sending Sample to client for projects approval as per sales
- Monitoring to timely sending Invoices to respective clients.
- Making Proforma invoices in
SAP or Tally. - Making
Quotations in app & excel. - Making Credit Notes if comes at MLD / FLX
- Checking return material list and sharing CN annexure to warehouse.
- Admin Work of WEM
Qualification
- Any Graduate
- Well versed with Excel
Mail communication
- Excellent organizational skills
Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software
Age Bracket
- 22 years above
