Job Profile

  • Order processing
-
Making Invoices and sending by courier.

  • Transfer requests & GTN entries
  • Provides physical stock availability and confirm to sales team & dealers as per
their requirements, providing alternatives if required and Reservation of stock

  • Arranging and Sending Sample to client for projects approval as per sales
person's instructions.

  • Monitoring to timely sending Invoices to respective clients.
  • Making Proforma invoices in
    SAP or Tally.
  • Making
    Quotations in app & excel.
  • Making Credit Notes if comes at MLD / FLX
  • Checking return material list and sharing CN annexure to warehouse.
  • Admin Work of WEM
Required

Qualification

  • Any Graduate
Other Skills

  • Well versed with Excel

Mail communication

  • Excellent organizational skills

Knowledge of computer operating systems and MS Office software

  • 22 years above
