    Job Description :

    We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Developer to join our team.

    The ideal candidate will have 5 to 12 years of experience in Salesforce development and a proven track record of leading successful Salesforce transformations.

    As a Salesforce Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing Salesforce solutions that meet business requirements and drive organizational growth.

    5+ years of experience with Salesforce development using object-oriented programming concepts Safe Agile trained.

    5+ years of experience in leading transformation of Salesforce journey.

    Expert knowledge on MVC style of designing.

    Programming experience in lightning framework, developer console, Web services, SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language or similar languages.

    Experience with API testing, load and performance test tools like JMeter, Postman.

    Designs and develops using EAI/B2B solution on B2B tools and J2EE :

    Utilize object-oriented programming concepts to design, develop, and maintain Salesforce solutions.

    Lead the transformation of Salesforce journey, working closely with stakeholders to identify opportunities for improvement and innovation.

    Apply Safe Agile methodologies to ensure efficient project delivery and alignment with business objectives.

    Design and implement solutions following the Model-View-Controller (MVC) style of architecture.

    Develop applications using the Lightning Framework, Developer Console, and other Salesforce development tools.

    Write and optimize queries using Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), SQL, and other similar languages.

    Conduct API testing and performance testing using tools such as JMeter and Postman.

    Design and develop Enterprise Application Integration (EAI) and Business-to-Business (B2B) solutions using Salesforce and J2EE concepts.

    Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, prioritize enhancements, and resolve technical issues.

    Mentor junior developers and provide guidance on best practices and standards for Salesforce development.

    Requirements :

    Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

    5-12 years of experience in Salesforce development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming concepts.

    Safe Agile trained, with experience leading the transformation of Salesforce journeys.

    Expert knowledge of the Model-View-Controller (MVC) style of designing.

    Programming experience in the Lightning Framework, Developer Console, and web services.

    Proficiency in SQL, Salesforce Object Query Language (SOQL), or similar languages.

    Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with stakeholders at all levels.

    Salesforce certifications such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer are a plus.
