Job Description:
Coordinate the flow of enquiries, quotations and order confirmations.
Maintain an accurate Sales Order Register with status tracking.
Liaise with Production/Planning for delivery commitments, Purchase for critical material availability etc.
Key Responsibilities 1: Sales Order & Enquiry Management
Cross-functional coordination between departments is required including but not limited to Production Planning / Logistics Service etc.
The candidate must have a strong ability to multitask prioritize perform under deadlines collaborate solution oriented teams on assigned projects tasks across multiple functions sections product groups or work streams such as CRM Salesforce Dynamics Workday etc.
