Description

Roles and Responsibility - Care Concierge

  • To establish the first point of contact with clients and family to understand their needs, desires, and goals for wellbeing
  • To engage with the clients who sign up for Close Monitoring in a conversation to fill out life storyboarding, body mapping, and lifestyle details for a deeper insight into optimal quality care delivery
  • Taking Vitals as required per the package subscribed and entering the data in the system
  • Tracking the customer's wellness journey
  • Reporting to the Nurse or Physician on a routine and (Save our Ship) SOS basis
  • Working with the healthcare team comprising physicians, registered nurses, physiotherapists, etc.
  • Handling logistics in case of an emergency following Rapid Response Protocol
  • Understanding any specific need and suggesting methods, products, or services to ease the situation such as pain management, physiotherapy, personal Caregiver, etc.
  • To provide emotional support modelling the role of a companion
  • To provide logístical support and coordination between the internal team and client and family, throughout
  • To ensure all physical, emotional, psychological, and everyday requirements are
coordinated and communicated appropriately as per standard protocol


Community Engagement

  • Community development and maintaining customer engagement, participation and
feedback

  • Awareness of the ongoing and upcoming engagement programmes, loyalty programmes, promotions etc.
  • Assist in the execution of all Community Engagement Programs
  • Collect and maintain data on customer engagement, participation and feedback
  • Maintain good relationships with all customers and stakeholders

Data Management

  • Understand and comply with Data Privacy Act, and act accordingly
  • Visit customers as per the schedule and fill in customer details onboarding data for records
  • Assist in filling out life storyboarding, body mapping, and lifestyle details
  • Maintain, update and transmit customer data as required
  • Ensure that tickets are raised and closed for all task requests from customers
  • To ensure data is accurately updated in the system

Backend management, equipment and Inventory Refills

  • To coordinate with Vendors, Suppliers and LifeUno Service Providers (LSPs)
  • Keeping track of availability and optimum utilisation of inventory at the Centre
  • Supporting Preventive Maintenance Checks to minimise downtime of equipment
  • Responsible for proper operation and maintenance of equipment
  • To immediately alert on shortage of consumables/nonfunctional equipment
  • To participate in and support Stock Audits

Measurement Metrics

  • Business Growth and Registration of new customer
  • Retention of existing customers and acquisition of new customers
  • Customer Satisfaction Rating
