As a Telecaller for our gym, you will be responsible for engaging with potential and existing members over the phone to promote our gym's services, address inquiries, and assist with membership-related matters.

This role requires excellent communication skills, a passion for fitness, and the ability to effectively convey the benefits of joining our gym to prospective members.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Member Outreach: Conduct outbound calls to leads generated from various sources, including marketing campaigns, website inquiries, and referrals. Introduce our gym's facilities, classes, and membership options, and encourage prospects to schedule a visit or sign up for a trial session.
  • Membership Sales: Actively promote membership packages and special offers to prospects, highlighting the value proposition of joining our gym. Utilize persuasive communication techniques to overcome objections and convert leads into paying members.
  • Followup Calls: Conduct followup calls with leads who have expressed interest in joining the gym but have not yet made a decision. Address any concerns or questions they may have, provide additional information as needed, and encourage them to take the next steps towards membership enrollment.
  • Member Retention: Reach out to existing gym members via phone calls to ensure satisfaction with their membership experience, gather feedback, and address any issues or concerns they may have. Proactively identify opportunities to upsell additional services or renew membership subscriptions.
  • Appointment Scheduling: Assist in scheduling appointments for prospective members to tour the gym facilities, meet with fitness trainers, or participate in trial classes. Coordinate with front desk staff and fitness instructors to ensure seamless scheduling and followup.
  • Information Dissemination: Provide accurate and detailed information about gym services, class schedules, membership benefits, and pricing plans to callers. Serve as a knowledgeable resource for prospects and members seeking information about our offerings.
  • Database Management: Maintain a comprehensive database of leads, prospects, and member contacts in the CRM system. Update member profiles, record call outcomes, and track followup activities to ensure effective lead management and conversion tracking.
  • Collaboration: Collaborate closely with the sales team, front desk staff, and fitness trainers to coordinate efforts and maximize membership sales opportunities. Share insights from member interactions to inform marketing strategies and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications:

  • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or telemarketing, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills and a friendly, engaging telephone manner.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport and establish trust with callers.
  • Goaloriented mindset with a focus on achieving sales targets and KPIs.
  • Passion for fitness, health, and wellness, with a genuine desire to help others achieve their fitness goals.
  • Basic computer proficiency and familiarity with CRM software for data entry and management.

₹10, ₹17,000.00 per month
