Job Purpose
To Retain Prepaid customers moving to competition through MNP.

Ensure execution of MNP Retention process across all touch points and proactively identify process gaps to reduce prepaid churn. Continuously monitor and benchmark competition process, products and services.

Key Accountabilities

MNP Process benchmarking with competition

  • Competition benchmarking on process
  • Competition benchmarking on retention plans/tools
  • National MNP flow design
  • Changes in the entire life cycle on MNP process as time demands.
  • Early warning signal identification

Regulatory challenges

  • Ensure process adherence & compliance
  • Keep track of competition noncompliances and highlight to nullify undue advantages

Circle Implementation and Monitoring

  • Close collaboration with circle teams for onground market inputs
  • Sharing best practices to circles and ensuring its execution

Core Competencies, Knowledge, Experience, Technical / Professional Qualifications

Core Competency :
Analytics and Customer behaviour understanding


Knowledge:
SAS, BI, Query writing,


Experience :
Customer Retention / Marketing


Qualification:
Graduation/Post Graduation/MBA/Data scientist

5- 7 years experience in similar roles
