    Requirements

    • Minimum of3 years of experience in IT recruiting preferably in nichehiring.
    • Proventrack record ofsuccessfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized ITroles.
    • Familiarity withvarious sourcing techniques including but not limited to networkingsocial media job boards and Booleansearches.
    • Strong understandingof technical requirements and the ability to assess candidatequalifications effectively.
    • Excellentcommunication skills both verbal and written with the ability toengage and build relationships with candidates and hiringmanagers.
    • Experience workingremotely and independentlydemonstratingselfmotivation and time managementskills.
    • Ability to thrive ina fastpaced deadlinedrivenenvironment.

    Responsibilities

    • Collaborate withhiring managers to understand their specific technical requirementsand hiring needs.
    • Source screen andqualify candidates using various methods and tools ensuringalignment with job requirements and culturalfit.
    • Build andmaintain a strongpipeline of qualified candidates for current and future jobopenings.
    • Manage the endtoendrecruitment process including interview coordination feedbackcollection and offernegotiation.
    • Provide anexceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitmentlifecycle.
    • Stay updated onindustry trends and best practices in IT recruiting continuouslyimproving sourcing strategies andprocesses.
    • Maintainaccurate anduptodate candidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS)or other recruitment tools.
    • Communicateeffectively with candidates hiring managers and other stakeholdersto provide regular updates on recruitmentstatus.

    **Note:**This is a night shift position. Please ensure that you arecomfortable working during night hours beforeapplying.



    Minimum of 3+ years of experience in ITrecruiting, preferably in niche hiring. Proven track record ofsuccessfully sourcing and placing candidates in specialized ITroles. Familiarity with various sourcing techniques, including butnot limited to networking, social media, job boards, and Booleansearches. Strong understanding of technical requirements and theability to assess candidate qualifications effectively. Excellentcommunication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability toengage and build relationships with candidates and hiring managers.Experience working remotely and independently, demonstratingself-motivation and time management skills. Ability to thrive in afast-paced, deadline-driven environment. ResponsibilitiesCollaborate with hiring managers to understand their specifictechnical requirements and hiring needs. Source, screen, andqualify candidates using various methods and tools, ensuringalignment with job requirements and cultural fit. Build andmaintain a strong pipeline of qualified candidates for current andfuture job openings. Manage the end-to-end recruitment process,including interview coordination, feedback collection, and offernegotiation. Provide an exceptional candidate experience throughoutthe recruitment lifecycle. Stay updated on industry trends and bestpractices in IT recruiting, continuously improving sourcingstrategies and processes. Maintain accurate and up-to-datecandidate records in the applicant tracking system (ATS) or otherrecruitment tools. Communicate effectively with candidates, hiringmanagers, and other stakeholders to provide regular updates onrecruitment status.
