- Detailed Piping engineering activities for industrialplants covering required design calculations MTOs Piping MaterialSpecifications various types of layouts procurement activity forpiping items covering preparation of enquiry specification reviewof quotes and preparation of TR preparation of order specificationsreview of vendor drawings review of piping content for mechanicalpackages. Knowledge about 3D software packages like S3D/ P3D/ E3Detc. is mandatory
- Should have handled morethan1 Lacs hour Project.
- Should have handledProjects & Piping Design on 3D independently with participationin model reviews.
- Knowledge on Stress Analysisand working on Hygienic Design shall be an addedadvantage.
- Piping Engineering activities tocarry out Piping design work based on standard company procedure /other procedures methods outlined.
- RESPONSIBILITIES Review technical requirementsof clients specifications and ensure that agreement is reached onthe basis of design. Participate in discussions with the client asnecessary. Monitor that work and progressare in compliance with the project requirements andschedule. Maintain contact with otherdisciplines/groups to ensure: a) ProjectManager and/or Engineer are aware of problems of progressdelays. b) Proper interchange ofinformation. c) Proper interchange ofdocuments d) Interface is correctlydefined.
