SALARY 10,000/- TO 40,000/- (DEPENDS ON CANDIDATE EXPERIENCE)

WORKING LOCATION:
DAHISAR TO GOREGOAN.


OFFICE LOCATION :
KANDIVALI (EAST). MUMBAI.

  • CANDIDATES WITH GOOD COMMUNICATION SKILL.
  • SALES EXPERIENCE CANDIDATES PREFERABLE FROM REAL ESTATE SECTOR.
  • CANDIDATES WHO RESIDE NEAR BY OFFICE LOCATION WHICH IS SITUATED IN THAKUR COMPLEX KANDIVALI (EAST).
  • CANDIDATES HAVING LOCATION AREA KNOWLEDGE.
  • TWO WHEELER BIKE WITH LICENSE IS MANDATORY.
  • CANDIDATE WITH SMART OUTLOOK AND SKILLED IN SALES QUALITIES.
  • Study property listings, meet prospective clients, and accompany clients to property site, advising them on the suitability and value of the property they are visiting.
  • Visit properties to assess them before showing them to clients.
  • Act as an intermediary in negotiations between buyers and sellers.
  • Negotiate prices or other sales terms.
  • Advise clients on market conditions, prices, legal requirements and related matters.
  • Communication Skills, Proactiveness, Customer Centric.
  • Project Management Skills, Result Orientation, Analytical Skills.
  • Convert prospects into customers by showcasing appropriate residential properties to the prospects matching the investment/residential needs of the prospects.
  • Use enquiries generated by marketing team for the above as well as generate selfleads through referrals to convert them into customers.
  • Take prospects for site visits in residential projects, answering all relevant queries in the process, liaising with Developer/Broker.
  • Be Punctual with operations process.
  • Ensure that prospects and customers are satisfied with their interaction with Prop Hunt
  • Devise and execute business development plans for the business segment.
2 wheeler with License is Mandatory


Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent, Fresher


Salary:
₹8, ₹32,372.60 per month


Day range:

  • Monday to Friday
