We are looking for a Procurement Specialist who will be responsible to manage purchase requisitions creation and approval._
Responsibilities_
In this role, you will be responsible for all the activities related to Procurement domain._

- _Identify suppliers who do not populate the vendor information in PR_
- _Coordinate and collect missing documents to create PR/PO to execute sourcing requests_
- _Receive requisitions_
- _Validate the requisitions and attachments (e.g. Quote, SOW, Invoice)_
- _Coordinate with end-user to obtain missing details_
- _Work towards simplifying the process through continuous improvements_
- _Need to ensure the Standard Operating Procedures are put in place with the latest updates_

Qualifications we seek in you_
Minimum qualifications_

- _Bachelor's / Master degree in Accountancy, Finance, Business Management or any related field_
- _Relevant work experience_

Preferred qualifications_

- _Good Verbal and Written Communication Skills_
- _Basic Knowledge of MS Office Applications like Excel, Word, PowerPoint_
- _Basic understanding of Procurement Operations_
- _Good Keyboard Skills_
- _Working experience on Ariba/SAP_
- _Exposure to Source to Pay cycle_
