Job Responsibilities:
- Responsible for handling End to End recruitment cycle for healthcare or Industrial professionals in the US.
- Should ensure to revert submit profiles with quick turnaround time for timely submissions to meet sharp deadlines for each requisition.
- Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection is done in accordance with employment laws and regulations.
- Expertise in preparing and using search strings and techniques.
- Coordinate with the US clients and take the feedback till the final placement and maintain a mutual relationship for future requirements.
- Designing interview questions and job descriptions for reflecting the requirements for each position.
Qualification and Skills.
- Excellent communication skills
- Comfortable to work on Night Shifts
- Knowledge of Laptop/System use and Microsoft Office.
- Recruitment/BPO/Call Center International experience preferred
- Must be a graduate in any discipline
Salary:
₹20, ₹30,000.00 per month
