Description
We are looking for a Learning and Development (L&D) trainer to help our employees advance their skills and knowledge.


Trainer Duties and Responsibilities


Ø Assist with assessing training needs for new and existing employees and identifying training activities/systems to address competency gaps, as identified.

Ø Scripting and storyboarding based on knowledge of learning theories. Content creation

Ø Establish networks and build relationships with internal stakeholders and team members within the organization.

Ø Maintain a strong relationship with business leaders and cross-functional teams to ensure flawless execution of training programs.

Ø Evaluate employees and create learning paths

Ø Proficiency of working with LMS

Ø Deliver feedback and adopt coaching methodologies for continuous improvement both for people & process

Ø Prepare review presentation and participate in client/business reviews


Trainer - Skills
Ø Good Interpersonal Skills

Ø Active listening

Ø High level of comprehensibility and articulation

Ø Proficiency in MS Office

Ø Creative ability & writing proficiency

Ø Good Communication Skills

Ø Conducts follow-up studies of all completed training to evaluate and measure results

Ø Ability to create and produce micro videos, presentations, documents, and podcasts as and when required.

Ø Exhibit excellent patience and calmness while dealing with internal stakeholders and employees.

Ø Analytical skills Mentoring skills


Trainer - Minimum requirements
years of BPO Experience with 3+ years of experience in training delivery


  • Graduate / 3-year Diploma
  • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
  • Excellent presentation skills
  • Good working knowledge of Adult Learning Principles
  • Strong interpersonal, customer service, leadership and motivational skills
  • Highly organized, detail-oriented, patient & action-oriented
  • Feedback and coaching skills
  • Know how of content creation tools like adobe captivate, storyline articulate, go animate etc

Job Types:
Full-time, Regular / Permanent


Salary:
₹212, ₹1,070,936.57 per year


Schedule:

  • Rotational shift
