Senior Architect Job Description
Senior architect to look after the company's new projects.

the senior architect, will mentor other Architects, interpret client briefs, and designs and review contracts Must have excellent leadership skills, knowledge of Revit and AutoCAD software, and the ability to handle negative feedback.

Senior Architect Responsibilities:

Checking and designing architectural and engineering work
Looking all plans are compliant with governmental safety and health regulations.
Understanding and controlling to subcontractors like builders, plumbers, and electricians, and
Helping the other interpret design specifications.
Meetings with clients to ensure all issues are addressed in a timely manner.
Making the team works together to achieve set goals and targets.
Consulting Networking with various industry professionals.

Senior Architect Requirements:

Required 10 years minimum and 16 years Maximum
Must have worked on large scale Architectural projects and have been a part of at least one complete project design and execution cycle.
Required Experience in Revit software
B.Arch. or M.Arch Degree in architecture.
A good portfolio and several years of work experience as an Architect.
Willingness to work overtime as required.
