Responsibilities:


Executive Support:

Provide proactive and high-level administrative support to the Managing Director, including managing calendars, scheduling meetings, coordinating travel arrangements, and handling correspondence.


Meeting Coordination:
Coordinate and schedule meetings, conferences, and appointments for the Managing Director. Prepare meeting agendas, take minutes, and disseminate relevant information and materials to participants.

Relationship Management:
Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders, including clients, partners, and board members. Respond to inquiries, manage requests, and provide timely and professional assistance.

Document Preparation:
Prepare and edit various documents, including presentations, reports, and memos, ensuring accuracy, clarity, and adherence to organizational standards.

Information Management:
Manage and organize electronic and physical files, databases, and records pertaining to the Managing Director's office. Ensure confidentiality, accuracy, and easy accessibility of information.

Travel Coordination:
Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements for the Managing Director, including flights, accommodations, transportation, and visas. Prepare detailed itineraries and provide necessary travel support.

Event Management:
Assist in organizing company events, conferences, and executive retreats. Coordinate logistics, manage invitations, and oversee on-site arrangements.

Office Management:
Maintain an efficient and organized office environment for the Managing Director. Order and manage office supplies, equipment, and services as needed.


Qualifications:
Proven experience as an Executive Assistant supporting C-suite executives or similar senior-level positions.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly and concisely.

Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain professional relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously and meet deadlines.

Proficiency in using productivity tools such as Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and communication platforms.

Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.

Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to anticipate needs, identify solutions, and make informed decisions.

Flexibility and adaptability to changing priorities and work demands.

Proactive and self-motivated with a high level of professionalism and attention to detail.


The role of the Executive Assistant to the Managing Director requires exceptional communication skills to effectively manage internal and external interactions.

The ability to maintain confidentiality, prioritize tasks, and anticipate needs is crucial for success in this role.


Salary:
₹500, ₹600,000.00 per year
