- Develop and implement data mining strategies and methodologies to extract actionable insights from large datasets.
- Lead a team of data analysts in executing data mining projects, ensuring accuracy, efficiency, and adherence to best practices.
- Identify and prioritize data mining opportunities based on business objectives and requirements.
- Utilize advanced data mining techniques and tools to uncover patterns, correlations, and trends in structured and unstructured data.
- Collaborate with stakeholders across departments to understand business needs and translate them into data mining initiatives.
- Interpret and communicate findings from data mining analyses to senior management and other relevant stakeholders through reports, presentations, and visualizations.
- Stay current with industry trends and advancements in data mining technologies and methodologies, and incorporate them into our practices.
- Ensure compliance with data privacy and security regulations and standards in all data mining activities.
- Proven experience in Excel or Data Entry.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage effectively with a team.
- Strong data analytical skills.
- Proficiency in using MS Office products (Excel, Word)
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple priorities.
- Team player with a strong work ethic and the ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Employment Type: Contract
- Duration: 1 year, with the possibility of extension
- Compensation: Given the full-time support required, the projected monthly income ranges from ₹35,000 to ₹45,000.
- Work Schedule: Monday through Friday, adhering to a night shift to align with US Time Zones (8 AM – 5 PM PST / 8:30 PM – 5:30 AM IST). Additionally, schedule may be changed contingent upon the role requirement.
