1 BOOK KEEPING
Proper booking of Sale, Purchase & overheads

Knowledge of Journal entries and there effect

2 BRANCH HANDLING
Timely raising Bills to Hotels & ground handling vendors

Reconciliation of Debtor/Creditor

Booking of Hotels Expenses /Petty expenses

Reconcile Branch with Head office

3 PAYMENT - PROCESSING
Timely releasing payment to hotels after checking bills

Releasing advance payments to hotels as per Booking

Making payments to Transporter and ground handling vendors

4 DIRECT - TAXATION
Checking TDS deduction with Income tax section wise

Make sure to deposited timely on monthly basis

Preparing TDS data for filling return

Issuing certificate to the respective vendors

5 INDIRECT - TAXATION
Preparing GST data on Monthly Basis

Monthly/quarterly reconciliation ITC with 2A

Driving Tax liability and share

6 MISC - TASK
Resolving all querry related to agents

Checking/Booking of Imprest vouchers with Branch and reconcile

Checking Imprest vouchers and follow up the recovery

7 BANKING ACTIVITY
Timnely releasing vendor payment

Timely doing Bank Reconciliation

8 COMPLIANCE - REPORT
Monthy self Assess the Books briefly and rectify the deficiency

Timely Preparation - Compliance Report with the respective Deptt.

9 MIS - Report
Deafting & prepare Monthly Cash flow

Prepare Monthly P&L A/c

Prepare Balancesheet

Prepare and make analysis for Debtor/creditor
