We are hiring urgently for Tele sales Executives/Advisors who have experience in International call centre

Work hours : 11am to 8 pm. - Mon to Saturday (Work from office )

Any graduates or HSC passed with excellent English communication skills can apply.

We are aiming to open 5 offices in next 2 years hence looking for young and passionate individuals who have leadership qualities and vision to join our enthusiastic team.


Role

  • Get in touch with the students who have shown interest in our services and book appointments for the counsellors
  • Ensure that the students attend the counselling sessions by providing timely reminders
  • Assist the students with smooth onboarding onto the online sessions and providing the right directions to reach the office during the offline sessions
  • Conduct a short background check on call to ensure that a student is eligible to apply
  • Followup with the students who did not show up and help them to reschedule their appointments
  • Accurately update the CRM on timely basis with the necessary information

Requirements:


  • Need to have very good English and general communications skills
  • Need to be a peoples person
  • 1+ years of experience working in a KPO/BPO
  • Responsible, mature and able to work under pressure
  • Should be ready to travel to our Chembur office
  • Ready to work for 6 days in a week.

Salary:
From ₹15,000.00 per month

  • Chembur, Mumbai , Maharashtra: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:


  • Higher Secondary(12th Pass) (preferred)

Language:


  • English (preferred)
